The editor of the BibelCenter and the authors do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, current status or quality of the information made available. Liability claims against authors or the BibelCenter for material or intellectual damages which may result from the use or lack of use of offered materials or from use of incorrect and incomplete information are fundamentally excluded; excception to this would be if an author has intentionally and negligently acted and thereby caused the damage. All offers and contents are without engagement and without obligation. Authors reserve the right to change parts of their contributions or complete articles, to delete them or restrict their publication temporarily or final without prior notice.

References and links

With direct and indirect references to external websites ("hyperlinks") which are not part of the BibelCenter website and therefore are outside the area of responsibility of the author, a liability would only be in effect if the author had knowledge of their content and if it were technically possible and could reasonably be expected to prohibit the use in case of illegal contents.
The author does explicitly declare that no illegal contents was seen on the linked pages at the time when the link was added. The author does not have any influence on the current or future design, contents or authorship of the linked pages. If advised of any illegal contents on linked pages, the BibelCenter will take care of eliminating and deleting such links from its website.
This applies to all links and references that are placed within the BibelCenter website as well as external contributions to guestbook, forums, link collections, mailing lists and other forms of databases where the content can be influenced externally. There is no liabilty assumed by the BibelCenter for illegal, incorrect or incomplete contents, respectively the damages resulting from the use of such content and information; the liability for such external content rest solely with the authors or owners, managers of such external websites.

Copyright and Trademarks
The BibelCenter endavours to recognize in all its publications the copyrights of texts used, images, audio documents, video sequences, etc. and to use self authored and self published texts, images, audio documents, videosequences, etc.
All trademarks mentioned on the BibelCenter website that are protected by thrid parties are subject to the respective valid trademark laws and the rights of the registered owners. Just because a trademark has been mentioned does not constitute that a trademark is not protected by third parties.
The copyright of published and produced works and objects remains with the respective author of those contents. Copying and use of such texts, images, audio documents, video sequences, etc in other electronic or printed publications must be approved first by explicit written consent of the authors.

Data protection
Where personal or business related information is entered on the BibelCenter website (email address, name, address, etc.) such information is given voluntarily by the person providing the information.
The use of information given in the imprint and contact pages or similar data, such as address, phone and fax numbers, email addresses by third parties for sending spam mails and other non-requested information is expressly prohibited. We reserve the right to legal steps against senders of so-called spam mails which violate the above regulations.

SPAM Mails
Unfortunately, it has happened increasingly in recent times that spam mails with doubtful contents have been sent to possibly thousands of recepients, where an e-mail address with "...@bibelcenter.de" was used. The BibelCenter has absolutely nothing to do with these activities and will therefore not take any responsibility or liability for such spam mails, which are to regarded as crimiinal activity.
There are no advertisement mails sent from the BibelCenter website. Announcements and newsletter are only sent to email addresses of those who have registered themselves to a newsletter and/or otherwise consented to receiving emails from the BibelCenter. The BibelCenter does not pass on any email addreses and or similar information to third parties. Information provided on BibelCenter pages is solely used by the BibelCenter for internal use in accordance with the stated purpose for collecting the information.
You should ignore and delete any spam mails. This process can be automated by the use of spam filters and spam filtering modules in e-mail software.

This disclaimer is part of the BibelCenter website contents. Should parts thereof or individual statements not conform, or no longer conform to current law, the rest of the document remains untouched and valid.
