Note: Important information regarding the layout, background, as well as purpose and goal for this study I have put together in the Preface.
There are no further events recorded from the childhood or Jesus' time as a youth, the gospels pick up with their records events from the time when Jesus was about 30 years old and when his relative John the baptist was carrying on his God given ministry as a prophet.
Jesus' baptism by John and his anointing with holy spirit, as well as God's affirmation that Jesus was His only begotten Son, are recorded next in the records about Jesus' life. After that we read about the 40 days during which Jesus was in the wilderness being tempted by the devil, and at the end of these days we read of several distinct temptations in greater detail.
Afterwards, Jesus returned to the area where John was ministering, and some of John's disciples then followed him and accompanied him also back to Galilee where Jesus worked his first miracle at a wedding in Cana.
At the following Passover feast, Jesus cleansed the Temple at Jerusalem a first time, and he also had a meeting and conversation with Nicodemus. After the feast, Jesus remained for a short while in Judea during which John also was still baptizing. On his way back from Judea to Galilee Jesus was travelling through Samaria and during a stop at Sychar he met a woman at a well and had a longer conversation with her which led to him extending his stay there for two more days and many there believed on him. After he returned to Galilee, a miraculous healing happened. Around that time John the baptist was imprisoned by Herod as can be concluded from a later remark by Jesus.
Jesus then went to Jerusalem for the feast of Pentecost, there he healed a man at the pool of Bethesda on the sabbath day. Afterwards he returned to Galilee. With this the ministry of John the baptist really came to its end, during which time Jesus had as of yet not officially opened his public ministry, this then happened on the sabbath after Pentecost when he was opening his ministry in accordance with a passage from Isaiah 61 which he read at the synagogue in Nazareth.
